Black Diamond Single Purpose, LLC is a lessor of commercial real estate.

In February, 2013 we sold our last remaining building, which was in Windsor, California. We currently own no properties and therefore have no properties for lease. The owners of the company are in the process of deciding in which direction to take the company.

We thank all of our tenants and vendors in Windsor for their professionalism and support over the years.
